Road Weight Limitations for USA
In order to comply with the local/federal laws of the U.S, please see the detailed information below and adhere it to your business. Regulations also apply to weight on individual axles, cargo must be distributed within the container to avoid axle fines and violations. Federal axle weight limits are 17,000 lbs for single and 34,000 lbs for tandem.

DV: Dry container type - the standard shipping container used for dry cargo.
OT: Open Top container - a dry cargo container without a solid roof.
FR: Flat Rack, a heavy-duty container “base” used for carrying bulky or heavy cargoes.
RF: Refrigerated container
HC: High cube container
